How to submit a clinical case
The submission process is simple, fast, and completely online. Presentations may include images and videos. The process will take no more than 5 minutes.
1. Complete the form
Enter your personal information, institution, and a brief summary of the clinical case (Word file) using the form available on this page.
2. Prepare your presentation
Prepare your clinical case in PowerPoint format (.ppt / .pptx).
3. Upload your case
Once the form has been submitted, click the “Submit your case” button to upload your presentation through a secure link.
1. Complete the form
Fill in your personal and institutional information, and attach a photograph along with a brief case summary using the form available on this page.
Should you experience any difficulties with the submission form, send your case directly to webservices@solaci.org and proeducar@solaci.org, meeting all of the aforementioned requirements (case summary in a Word file, PowerPoint file with the case, endorsement letter, personal information, etc.).
2. Prepare your presentation
Prepare your clinical case in digital format.
Accepted formats:
- PowerPoint (.ppt / .pptx)
- .zip file (recommended if videos are included)
Technical recommendations:
- Videos embedded in the presentation or provided separately in MP4 format, clearly indicating where they should be inserted
- Maximum file size: 2 GB
- Suggested file name: LastName_Country_CaseTitle.pptx
3. Upload your file
Once the form has been submitted, click the “Submit your case” button to upload your presentation through a secure link on the Dropbox platform.

Confidentiality
Submitted cases will be used exclusively for educational purposes within the framework of El Rincón del Fellow. The material received will not be shared without the author’s prior authorization.
